there ya go Carlisle; now you are rolling

i see that your schedule actually favors you a bit if you continue on a roll

i think the major cost adjustment required by the early undervaluation of all things aston martin has created a different aura to the game this year. it is sort of like starting the season over after three sessions and the scores are inherently lower

it looks like the remainder will be more exciting and less predictable from top to bottom than in the past several years

Losing another Cup match. I can't seem to make a right call this season in that competition. Luck needs to turn soon or it's going to be a depressing season.

I lean towards budget building early on, sacrificing some points for long-term benefits but the budget gains haven't materialised as hoped this year (mix of some poor choices and the close midfield making it tougher to predict well). Needing to go on a long unbeaten streak to threaten the WC spots.

There are a number of viable strategies one can use regarding match racing. My strategy is pretty much short term. Approach each match as life or death. Anyone can win a match race at any given time. In my second year or so I raced Schumacher, clearly superior to me, he had about ten million more dollars and more energy and miracles occured and I won. Why plan for the play-offs before you get there is my attitude. But then what do I know; aint won it yet in seven tries lol.

Even when you got the hang of it, it is plain to see everything is possible to happen. My Cup team collected less points this season than Carlisle's, yet I won all my duels so far. On the other hand, with only one driver out in Monaco, getting the 5 teamchef bonus points for staying in the race was a nut too hard to krack for four of my teams, and instead of getting the desired +1 in budget I ended up with -1 that will be a disadvantage with 16 races still to go. Good and bad luck are often so close together here. I've been trying so hard to get on the podium in Constructors after consecutive wins in 2010 and 2011, and one 3rd place is all I got in last 11 years, even though I think it is the competition best suited to my playing style. But I got lucky in overall and Cup several times. So let's just do our best in all competitions and you can hope to be successful at least in one of them at the end.

I love you Carlisle but I have to admit you are making those of us who always struggle feel good.

As you know luck comes and goes; you will find a way to win it all again.

I set my personal record with a Monaco qualifying score of 3 lol

Ugh, this season's been a nightmare so far. Horrible run of results in the Cup, surely not making the CRL, mediocre everywhere else. Needing to work some miracles to avoid getting knocked out in the group stages this year.

You both have strong teams, both got 5 bonus points, too. ERS could do the trick for you in the end.

Sometimes it can feel a bit unfair... in my duel it's 6:6 and I feel pretty confident for the moment, though everybody else in my group has more points...

It's a brutal group. I was liking my choices before qualifying but am feeling less confident now. A loss would really put me on the back foot. That said, anything can happen in the race and it's a long season.

It sure must be if even the player who doesn't have an opponent has to use the top secret button.

Ferrari SpA against CarlisleFrost seems to be a duel on highest level... both around 140 points in the end?
