Which is the second fastest team??

Having listened to all the interviews, reviewed all the statistics and wrapped my brain up into knots trying to analyze all the information, I have no earthly idea which team is second fastest at this point. Apparently Alonzo had a new floorboard today and McLaren had updates as well. Alpine is totally unpredictable. I prefer reliability over potential myself.
I think the answer is right now there is no second fastest team as variables play out differently each week which make it impossible to judge. Even Williams could be in the mix at Monza.

It seems like a 4-way battle between Mercedes, Aston, Ferrari and McLaren, with things swinging by circuit type and upgrades. I'm hoping to see them all close up to Red Bull towards the end, if they've halted their development and shifted focus to next year. If not, the value of Max here could get rather high by the end of the season!
