Should this questionable "race" be used for the PFRL results?
I tend to skip this race and roll back all changes.

even though the "race" was an unfortunate total mess, this fantasy game should reflect the real world results, no matter how insane they are. i vote to include.

I vote to skip this race since there was no racing. Cars parading around the circuit behind the safety car is not racing and the FIA should not have awarded points for it.

I had Russell in nearly all my teams, but I really don't consider it a real 'race'. Should just be cancelled and move on to next IMO. But if you are going to include it do full points. None of this half points crap.

@GaKra, yeah, I saw your comments in German after posting my comments. I think the race you're referring to was Malaysia 2009 when Button won it and got half points due to the race being stopped early.
As you say, the key difference is that had actual laps of racing in it. There was a race, whereas this wasn't.
Overall, I'm just disappointed as a racing fan, as Spa tends to be one of the more exciting races of the year and I was looking forward to it!

Well, I wondered whether this race would count half or not at all... as I think I remember there was an occasion many years ago when half points have been given, and I think Turbots2014 and katalyst have a point here... respectively half a point in this case. 
However, if I remember correctly, back then there was a race at least, with less laps than usual but at least not just a procession behind the safety car. And since Maverick announced before the season started that it is not guaranteed yet every race would count for PFRL, it would be a bit awkward to count this race and then maybe skip a real one later in the season.
I could live with both options, as my three teams in constructor's championships did well, among them my best in overall, and eliminator one that could have made top 20, but it's also true that in other teams I have Norris twice, Bottas, Perez and Alonso once, and no Russell in any of my teams... so I cannot even say what would be better for me.
In German forum I told Maverick he should go with his original intention then... as I guess there are valid points for both complete cancellation and for giving half points, and not everyone will be happy with decision, anyway.
This also means counting points for qualifying only doesn't look like an option for me (nor like a prime  ), but I think if it was technically possible, Alaska1 should get to keep their trophy for qualifying victory, and if this doesn't work, maybe a special one could be made for such cases that can be awarded manually.

My teams were so-so, though I don't think the FIA's approach of half points has to dictate treatment here, as the site already does some things differently e.g. not recognising post-race penalties.
Personally, I think it was farcical for half points to be given anyway, as there was no race.
As for here, I think there are two fair options...
- The roll-back as Maverick suggested.
- Retain points for qualifying only and move forward from that. I'd say giving anything on the Eliminator, CRL and Cup would be iffy.
I'd prefer the first but will be interested what GaKra etc think.

I expect most player's opinion will depend on how their teams performed! Personally my teams were awful so would prefer it not to count :-)
There was an official race classification though so TBH I had expected it to count - but will respect your decision either way.
