When Hammy had to hit the brakes due to Perez's wreck he was one tenth of a second faster than Verstappen's fastest lap at that particular point in Holland today per F1 web feature called What the Teams Said.
Watch out for Mercedes from Singapore on; just my opinion.
Everyone should get equal runs in qualifying and in cases like today the clock should stop imo.
