Yes indeed Alan. To come 4th in the race with a handsome 175 points, only to lose by two points in the Cup Semi was a pretty difficult experience, especially as fate intervened so much. Had Verstapen got past Antonelli, had Piastri not got the time penalty or got past Russell, had Bortoletto not crashed out on lap 1, had any one of these things gone the other way, I would have finally got a major trophy after 18 seasons! Arghhhhhh 😅
But FXFan has a much easier task today in the final being so much richer than Futchivai. But then fate might intervene again. So I'm cheering Verstappen to beat Norris for another really tight match.
