Yep, in most seasons, it's rare to have a chance of getting +7 or more to the budget outside of Race 3 (and +6 is hard enough as it is). Usually, it's towards the end when the component costs fluctuate more, but by then, there isn't much time left to take advantage of those gains.
I was hoping for more competition with the tyre choice this time, but it looks it could be another "good tyre/bad tyre" year.
